EFT Flow

Terms of Service

1) Private agreement

These Terms are a private agreement between EFT Flow (an unincorporated association) and you, the user. By using the software, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use EFT Flow.

2) Product

EFT Flow is a local-first desktop application that converts payment report exports into CPA-005 output files.

3) Trial

  • Trial activation is account-based (email sign-in).
  • Trial exports are limited to 5 vendors.
  • Some features (e.g., vendor notifications) may be restricted in trial.

4) Subscription seats

  • Subscriptions are sold per seat (1 seat = 1 machine concurrently).
  • Seat management may include self-serve device deactivation.

5) Lifetime licenses

  • Lifetime licenses are per machine.
  • Transfers are support-assisted and may be limited.

6) Refund policy

We offer a 30‑day money-back guarantee. If EFT Flow is not a fit, contact support within the guarantee window for a refund.

7) Support

Support is included with paid plans. Priority support may be offered as an add-on.

8) No warranty

EFT Flow is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, EFT Flow disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9) No liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EFT Flow has no liability for any damages or losses arising from use of the software. You are responsible for verifying and approving payouts before submission to your bank.
