Accounting-grade trust

Local-first by design

EFT Flow is built for sensitive vendor banking information. Your payment reports are processed on your machine — not uploaded to a third-party cloud.

Security highlights

  • No cloud conversion of your files
  • Encrypted local storage for sensitive fields
  • Minimal network footprint (licensing + optional SMTP)

What data leaves your computer?

By default, your payment report and generated CPA-005 file stay on your machine.

  • Licensing: the app contacts the licensing server to confirm trial/subscription status (entitlement only).
  • Optional vendor emails: if you enable notifications, emails are sent via your configured SMTP.

We do not require access to your bank portal or credentials.

Data flow (plain English)

Your report export → processed locally in EFT Flow → CPA-005 output file → uploaded by you to your bank.

Licensing checks verify entitlement only. Your payment data is not uploaded for processing.
