Can I pay tips separately from wages?
Yes. Generate two files if you want—one for wages, one for tips. Or combine them in one file. EFT Flow is flexible. Whatever matches your workflow.
What about daily tip-outs?
You can generate a file every day if you want. No extra cost—flat monthly fee regardless of how many files you create or payments you make.
We pay some staff weekly and some bi-weekly. Does that work?

Does this handle payroll taxes?
EFT Flow handles the payment part—getting net pay to bank accounts. You still need to calculate deductions (CPP, EI, tax) separately. Many restaurants use an accountant or payroll calculator for this.
What about servers who prefer cash tips?
