Simple flat pricing No per-payment fees More money for your mission

The nonprofit payment challenge

Nonprofits need to be careful with every dollar. Payment processing costs add up:

  • Staff payroll: Direct deposit is expected, but services charge per transaction
  • Vendor payments: Suppliers, contractors, service providers—all need to be paid
  • Grant disbursements: Some nonprofits distribute funds to other organizations
  • Stipends and honoraria: Board members, volunteers, speakers

Per-transaction pricing means more payments = higher costs. That's money away from your mission.

Cost savings for nonprofits

Here's what flat pricing means for your budget:

Monthly Payments Per-Transaction ($1 each) EFT Flow Annual Savings
25 (small nonprofit) $25/month ($300/yr) $95/month -$840
75 (mid-size) $75/month ($900/yr) $95/month -$240

FAQ for nonprofits

Do you offer nonprofit discounts?

Our pricing is already designed to be affordable for organizations of all sizes. At $95/month flat regardless of payment volume, most nonprofits find it very cost-effective compared to per-transaction alternatives. The lifetime license at $2,990 is especially good value for established organizations.

Can we pay grants to other charities with this?

Yes. Add the recipient organization's banking information to your vendor list (get it from them via void cheque or direct deposit form). Then pay them via EFT like any other vendor.

How does this work with restricted funds?

EFT Flow handles the payment mechanics—getting money to bank accounts. Fund accounting and restrictions are tracked in your accounting software. Export the payments for a specific fund or program, generate the bank file for those payments.

We have volunteers who help with finances. Is it easy to use?

EFT Flow is straightforward: import your payment list, match to vendors, export bank file. The learning curve is minimal. First-time mapping takes a few minutes; after that, it's quick.

What about payroll taxes and T4s?

EFT Flow handles the payment part—direct deposit. Payroll calculations (CPP, EI, tax) and year-end reporting (T4s) are separate. Many nonprofits use an accountant or payroll service for calculations, then EFT Flow for the actual payments.
