Pay Suppliers & Staff via EFT
Raw material suppliers. Contract manufacturers. Production staff.
No per-payment fees. Works with any ERP or accounting system.
The manufacturing payment challenge
Manufacturers handle complex payment flows:
- Supplier payments: Raw materials, components, packaging—often high volume
- Contract manufacturing: Payments to third-party production facilities
- Production staff: Hourly workers, often weekly payroll
- Equipment vendors: Maintenance, parts, services
- International considerations: Some suppliers may be cross-border
Complex ERP systems often make simple tasks complicated.
EFT Flow: Simple alternative
Export your payment list from any system. Generate bank-ready files. Upload to your bank.
$95/month flat. No per-payment fees. No ERP customization needed.
How it works
SAP, Dynamics, Sage, QuickBooks—any system that exports to CSV/Excel.
Drag and drop your export file.
Tell EFT Flow which columns are vendor name, amount, etc. Saved for future imports.
EFT Flow matches vendor names to bank details in your saved list.
Bank-ready file generated. Upload to your business banking portal.
Supplier payments
Manufacturing involves many supplier relationships:
Types of suppliers
- Raw material suppliers
- Component manufacturers
- Packaging suppliers
- Logistics and freight
- Equipment and tooling
- Maintenance services
EFT benefits
- Faster payment = better supplier relationships
- No cheque delays
- Clear payment records
- Batch processing efficiency
- Reduced AP workload
Supplier onboarding: When you add a new supplier, collect their banking info along with their other vendor info. Add them to EFT Flow once. Pay them via direct deposit for every future invoice.
Works with your ERP
If it exports to CSV or Excel, it works with EFT Flow:
SAP
Export AP payment proposals or vendor payment lists.
Microsoft Dynamics
Export vendor payment journals or AP reports.
Oracle
Export payment batches or AP reports.
Epicor
Export AP payment data.
Sage 300
Export vendor payments from AP module.
QuickBooks Enterprise
Export vendor payment lists.
Why not configure ERP for EFT directly? You can, but it often requires consultants, customization, and ongoing maintenance. EFT Flow is a simpler path: export your data, generate the bank file. Works with any ERP that exports to spreadsheets.
Production staff payroll
Manufacturing payroll has its own challenges:
- Hourly workers: Variable hours each pay period
- Shift differentials: Different rates for different shifts
- Overtime: Calculations based on hours worked
- Multiple locations: Different plants, same pay run
EFT Flow handles the payment part. You calculate the net pay (or your payroll system does), we generate the bank file.
Cost comparison
| Monthly Payments | Per-Transaction ($1 each) | EFT Flow | Annual Savings |
|---|---|---|---|
| 100 (small manufacturer) | $100/month | $95/month | -$-60 |
| 300 (mid-size) | $300/month | $95/month | $2460 |
| 500 (large) | $500/month | $95/month | $4860 |
| 1,000+ (enterprise) | $1,000+/month | $95/month | $10860+ |
Lifetime license: At $2,990 one-time, the lifetime license makes sense for any manufacturer planning to operate long-term. Pay once, use forever. No ongoing costs.
FAQ for manufacturers
Can we pay suppliers in the US?
EFT Flow generates CPA-005 files for Canadian banks. For US suppliers, you'd need ACH or wire transfers through your bank. EFT Flow handles Canadian domestic payments only.
Does this work with our existing ERP workflow?
EFT Flow doesn't replace or integrate with your ERP. It's an additional step: export your payment data, import into EFT Flow, generate bank file. It works alongside whatever approval workflow you have in your ERP.
Can multiple plants use the same license?
EFT Flow is per-seat (per computer). If each plant generates their own payment files, they each need a seat. If payments are centralized, one seat can handle multiple plants.
What about payment terms and due dates?
EFT Flow doesn't track payment terms—your ERP or accounting system does that. EFT Flow just converts whatever payment list you export into a bank file. Pay what's due, when it's due.
